Analisis Penilaian Nasabah terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan

pada Bank Syari’ah

The research aims to know the customers assessment due to service performance of BNI Syari’ah South Jakarta Branch. Criterias are inclined by customers, and competent service strategy implementation. The research utilizes the analytical hierarchy process and the SWOT Analysis. The results of this research, are: (1) BNI Syari’ah South Jakarta Branch customers have contented to BNI Syari’ah South Jakarta Branch. (2) Syari’ah subs criteria are: sharing holder, Syari’ah transaction contract, capital channeling, bank reputation; and procedure criterias are: account opening, submission of the funding, non-manipulation, and complaint. Both of the subs criteria have a high scores (0.656) more than another subs criteria, the case that most factors inclined by customers, or customers reason to chooses the BNI Syari’ah South Jakarta Branch. (3) The analysis result at matrix SWOT obtained by ordinate 1.411; 1.525, where an ordinate enter in the first Quadrant I, namely SO STRATEGY (Strength Vs Opportunity use the strength to exploit the opportunity aggressively).

The aim research is to compare financial performance between two sharia public banks such as Bank of Muammalat Indonesia (BMI) and Bank of Sharia Mega Indonesia (BSMI), by using CAMEL method (Capital, Assets, Earnings, and Liquidity) quarterly periodical study in January 2006 – September 2007. From the aspect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), BMI has better value compared to BSMI. Beside that, from the perspective of Non Performing Financing (NPF), BSMI has better value of Gross NPF compared to BMI. From the aspect of Return on Assets (ROA), BSMI has better value of ROA compared to BMI. From the aspect of Return on Assets (ROA), BSMI has better value of ROA compared to BMI. Finally, the aspect of comparation between operational expenses with operational revenues shows that BSMI has better operational expense and operational revenue values compared to BMI. Otherwise, this research also has undertaken the independent sample t-test, using ratios such as Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR1) represented CAR it calculated risk financing, CAR2 represented CAR that calculated risk financing and risk market, Gross Non Performing Financing  (NPF1), and Net Non Performing Financing (NPF2), Return On Assets (ROA), operational expenses comparable operational revenue ratio, and quick ratio. The analysis result shows that CAR1, CAR2, NPF1, NPF2 variables  were significantly different from BMI and BSMI. Then, on ratios such ROA, operational expenses comparable operational revenue ratio, and quick ratio, there were not significantly different from BMI and BSMI.

This article aims to explain the effect of global financial crisis, starting from suprime mortgage case in the USA. The analysis uses descriptive method by using the Islamic economic concept as the one of the alternatives of crisis solution. The result shows that the impact of crisis in USA made the nationalisation of the Bradford & Bingle by British Government, Hypo Real Estate bail-out of Germany group, and took over of the Glitnir Bank by the Iceland Government. The solution was offered in this study encompass financial system transformation by using Islamic system approachment. This approachment doesn’t use fiat money concept dominantly but each transaction based on underlying asset. Moreover, the countries should try to use joint currency between Islamic countries based on dinar and dirham.

The issued of the constitution number 33 2004 was about the financial balancing between central and local government has made the need of new fiscal variables. There are Human Capital Index and Gross Regional Domestic per capita. The implementation of these variables went through different treatment. Human Capital Index Variable that determined the need of fiscal in the territory, which undertook inverse treatment firstly to Human Capital Index. Meanwhile, Gross Regional Domestic per capita didn’t go through inverse treatment. The use of Human Capital Index as determining of fiscal need, is not consistence with the aims of common allocation fund. In the other side, the constitution number 25 1999, the variable used as the fiscal capacity variable, not as fiscal need variable.

Consumer behavior is the study of the decision process by which customers come to purchase and consume product. According to the theory of planned behavior, intention are a function of three basic determinants, attitude toward the behavior, subjective norms and the sense of self efficacy, termed perceived behavioral control. This research tries to predict the intention of High School Students in choosing Economic Faculty to continue their study by using the theory of planned behavior. Data was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The research result showed that the biggest antecedent contribution to the intention was given by perceived behavioral control variable.
