Abstract

Economics growth is one of the indicator to measure the efficacy of economic development from the state. This research aimed to see the influenced of three macro variables those are exchange rate, inflation, and SBI rate to Indonesia economic growth. The result from data analysis, conclude that only one variable, that is SBI, influencing economics growth. Exchange rate, Inflation and SBI influencing economics growth equal to 48,7 %.

 Abstract

In this article, we try to analize about the future outlook of financial integration and financial system architecture in Indonesia. The current trend is the distinction among the traditional banking, securities and insurance product are getting blurred as a result of deregulation, globalization and product innovation. Tadesse (2005) finds the relationship as important link between institutional development with financial architecture. As institutions improve like stronger legal infrastructure, transparancy, good corparate governance etc, financial systems evolve  from bank-based systems to market-based systems. The finacial system architecture of Indonesia is tends to bank-based systems because (a) institutional underdevelopment;(b) industrial structure growth in economies characterized by traditional, standardized and non complex industry (low technology) (c) the extent of moral hazard (agency problems) (d) economies dominated by small firms and (e) emerging economies with emerging capital market. However, Indonesia in transition from bank-based system to market-based systems with integrated institutional development program, law enforcement, good corporate governance and stabilized social-political environment.

 Abstract

A strong trend in management strategy in recent years has been re-organizing the company into teams. Making teams more productive is a constant issue for managers, because productivity is the essence of what makes businesses competitive. A teamwork can be developed through different stages, these stages are defined within the “form-storm-norm-perform” (FSNP) Model. All teams are group, but not all groups are teams. For a group to be a team it must develop certain enduring characteristics. This paper will describe the key features in a team development through the FSNP Model and then explain the characteristics of an effective teamwork.

 Abstract

Basis for theory of RBC is to follow model of Walrasian, where pursuant to model of Walras, market have the character of competitive, Assymetric information and also other  in complete market. One of  the  baseline model Walrasian is Ramsey Cass Koopmans Models ( RCK). Theory of Real Business Cycle ( RBC) good for explaining business cycle aggregate fluctuation without relate at monetary policy. RBC expand from effort to explain fluctuation of siklis in model context assuming equilibrium always happened each, every moment. Cycle business view which implied in model of RBC is that fluctuation earnings of national because of fluctuation at aggregate curve of supply vertical on a long term, on the contrary traditional theory about fluctuation relied on aggregate curve fluctuation of demand. Theory of RBC use labour substitution between time to explain why opportunity of and job/activity of output have fluctuation. As for discussed in root of the matter is this article relate to how concept growth of cycle business real.

 Abstract

This research aimed to examine the determinant factors that influenced fluctuation of current account deficit in Indonesia, using an Error Correction Model (ECM) for 1979-1997 period. The result of this research revealed that fluctuation in real effective exchange rate and foreign incomes were variables that significantly influenced the current account deficit in Indonesia, either both short-run and long run, along research period. The deficit in government budget was another variable affecting the current account deficit in Indonesia, especially in the short-run.
